Overview

Aagama Archives produces Indian Sacred Art Prints that are made to order with archival care. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

All artworks are produced only after an order is placed to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase

  • Requests received within this window will be cancelled and fully refunded

  • Cancellation requests made after 3 hours will not be accepted

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • The artwork arrives damaged

  • An incorrect artwork or frame is delivered

Return Conditions

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs and an unboxing video must be shared as proof

  • The artwork must be retained in exactly the same condition as received

  • Each order is eligible for only one return request

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns

Once a return request is approved:

  • The artwork must be shipped back to the return address shared by Aagama Archives

  • Proper repackaging is the customer’s responsibility

  • If damage, breakage, or scratches are found upon inspection, the artwork will not be eligible for refund

  • Photo or video evidence of inspection may be shared if required

Refund processing may take 2–3 weeks from the date the returned artwork is received and approved.

Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event of:

  • Damage during transit

  • Incorrect artwork or frame delivered

A free replacement will be offered.

Replacement Conditions

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs and/or an unboxing video must be shared

  • The artwork must be retained in its original condition and packaging

  • Each order is eligible for only one replacement request

Replacement Process

  • Aagama Archives will attempt to arrange a courier pickup

  • If pickup is not possible, the customer will be informed and asked to ship the artwork

  • The responsibility of safe packing rests with the customer

  • On receipt, the artwork will be inspected

  • If further damage is found, replacement will not be approved

  • Once approved, the replacement artwork will be shipped within 3 business days

Colour & Display Disclaimer

We make every effort to represent each artwork as accurately as possible through digital images and descriptions. However, due to the nature of digital displays and printing processes, certain variations may occur.

Please note the following:

  • Screen Variations:
    Colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, device type, brightness, contrast, and colour calibration.

  • Lighting Conditions:
    The appearance of an artwork may vary based on ambient lighting conditions under which it is viewed, both online and in physical spaces.

  • Printing Process:
    As our artworks are reproduced using archival printing methods, subtle variations in tone, texture, or finish may occur as part of the printing process.

  • Material Characteristics:
    Differences may arise due to the paper type, surface finish, or framing materials selected.

Such variations are a natural outcome of reproduction and viewing conditions and do not constitute as defects. These differences are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
